Immunization Requirements

We comply with all immunization requirements as set by the Texas Department of State Health Services. Please review those requirements to help us prevent disease outbreaks in our school.

Application and Registration Information

Thank you for your interest and desire for your student to attend Ki Charter. Admission is a non-discriminatory process; applicants will not be discriminated against based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. 

Registration Requirements

When you register, please bring the following items with you in addition to your enrollment packet:

  • Student’s original birth certificate

  • Immunization records

  • Proof of residency

  • Student’s Social Security card

  • Photo ID

  • Withdrawal slip and final report card from previous school (if applicable)

High School Students

To be eligible for admission into grades nine through twelve, students must successfully complete the previous grade (or its equivalent) as demonstrated by class grades and/or exam scores. Ki Charter sophomores must have successfully completed six units of credit toward graduation. Juniors must have at least eleven units of credit completed toward graduation, and seniors must have seventeen.

All incoming freshmen (including those previously enrolled at Ki Charter) must provide updated registration information including proof of residency, Social Security card, vaccination information, and birth certificate before beginning classes.

Ki Charter admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.
